Year 2011 Overview

• Pendaftar diharuskan datang sendiri/tidak diwakilkan bersama wali calon siswa

• Mengisi formulir pendaftaran

• Lulusan SMP/MTS negeri/Swasta atau lulusan Paket C.

• Menyerahkanpersyaratan pendaftaran:

1. Fotocopy rapor kelas VII-IX Semester 1 sampai 5

2. Pas foto hitam putih 4x6 = 3 Lembar

3. Surat keterangan lulus

4. Fotocopy SKHU

• Membayar biaya pendaftaran Rp 150.000,

• Berbadan sehat dan tidak buta warna (lulus tes di SMKF Bhakti Negara)
